1 General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the processing of user data in the CRYPTO NOVΛ mobile app (the “App”).

By installing and/or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

The App provides informational materials, market analytics, educational content, and trading signals. The App does not store user funds, is not a custodial wallet, and does not execute trades on behalf of users.

2 What data we collect

We may process the following categories of data:

  • Account data. Email (if provided), name or nickname, unique in-app account identifier, interface language, subscription status (FREE / PRO / VIP).
  • Device data. Device model, OS version, system language, time zone, and other technical parameters required for proper operation.
  • Usage data. Interactions with features (signals, learning, analytics, settings), session timestamps, and frequency of use.
  • Diagnostics and crash logs. Technical logs related to crashes, errors, and network issues (crash reporting).
  • Payment information. Payments for subscriptions are processed by the App Store / Google Play. We do not store bank card details; we receive only technical status (success/failure, subscription expiration).
  • Support communications. Messages you send to support (email/messengers) and information required to handle your request.
  • Exchange integrations. If you connect an exchange account via API key, we may process technical data about orders/positions provided by the exchange. We do not have access to your funds and cannot withdraw assets.

3 Purposes of processing

We use data only for the following purposes:

  • account registration, login, and subscription management;
  • displaying personalized content (signals, analytics, learning, notifications);
  • ensuring stable operation, diagnosing and fixing issues, improving quality;
  • aggregated analytics to improve interface, features, and content;
  • subscription billing via app stores and tracking subscription periods;
  • support communications and policy/terms updates.

4 Legal bases

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction, data may be processed based on:

  • performance of a contract (providing access to app features and subscription);
  • legal obligations (including app store requirements);
  • legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement);
  • your consent — where explicitly required (e.g., notifications permissions).

5 Analytics and similar technologies

The App may use mobile analytics tools and similar technologies to collect aggregated statistics: installs, active users, feature usage frequency, etc.

These data are used in aggregated form and are not intended to identify a specific user, but may be considered personal data under some laws.

We may share data only in limited cases:

  • Infrastructure and analytics providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) that help keep the App stable.
  • App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) for payments, subscription management, and compliance.
  • Exchanges and payment services when using API keys or referral links — within their policies and terms.
  • Legal requirements where disclosure is required by law, regulators, or to protect our legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • your subscription period and app usage;
  • log retention periods required for diagnostics;
  • legal obligations for accounting/tax records (for payment-related data in a limited/technical form).

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

9 Data security

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

You are responsible for protecting your exchange accounts and third-party services (passwords, 2FA codes, private keys). The App does not request or store private keys or seed phrases.

10 Market analytics and signals

The App may display analytics, trading signals, and other market information for informational purposes only. This is not individualized investment advice, financial advice, or an offer to trade.

Trading decisions are made by the user independently and at their own risk. We recommend assessing risks and using only amounts you can afford to lose.

11 International data transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in different countries. By using the App, you agree to potential cross-border transfers of your data, provided appropriate safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

12 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. For significant changes, we may also notify users within the App or by another reasonable method.

The “Last updated” date is shown at the top. By continuing to use the App after changes, you confirm acceptance of the updated Policy.
